Office Policies
Dental Insurance
Insurance companies can be difficult and hard to understand. Our
staff will take the guesswork out of it for you. We will gather
the best information possible to help you understand what type of
coverage you have prior to your appointment. Please note that your
dental insurance is a contract between you and the insurance company,
which is set up through your employer. It is not a contract between
the dentist and the insurance company. Our usual and customary fees,
which are modest with our geographical area, are a reflection of
our commitment to excellence. All estimated co-pays and deductibles
are due at the time of service. Most dental insurance plans are
honored. If you do not have dental coverage, we do offer a 24 month,
interest-free payment plan.
Appointments
We reserve appointment times especially for you and for your dental
care needs. We strive to give each patient a courtesy call prior
to the appointment. However, you are expected to keep your appointment
time with or without the courtesy call. Therefore, we ask for your
consideration to kindly give 48-hours notice if you need to cancel
your appointment. Please note that if 48-hours notice is not given
for Fridays and Saturdays, a $50.00 fee will be assessed and a $25.00
fee will be assessed for Monday-Thursday.
Angel Dentistry understands that your time is very important; we
do our best to run in a timely manner. Emergencies and situations
do and will occur. We will give every person our attention and respect
regarding their dental care.
Emergency Patients
Please note that our policy requires verification of insurance.
In the event that we are not able to verify your insurance information,
payment will be due at the time of service. We will assist you in
submitting a claim to your insurance company so that the insurance
company will reimburse you directly for your visit.
Initial visit
Please be advised that we do not guarantee prophies (cleaning) on
an initial visit, due to the fact that we are unfamiliar with your
dental condition. After an initial examination, in which you present
good oral health (free from bacteria and gum disease), our best
efforts will be made to accommodate your needs. If gum disease is
apparent, more time may be necessary to perform the proper cleaning.
