The things to do for a top-notch oral hygiene routine include:

-Set a timer while you brush: Little did you know, brushing longer or shorter than two minutes can negatively affect the smile. So, set a timer while you brush or listen to your favorite two-minute song.

-Use flossing products that are easy to maneuver: This is helpful because if the product isn’t easy to use, you can force the floss in place and be rough around the gums. These things can damage the gums. So, use products that are easy to use, like waxed floss, flossing picks and more.

-Rinse your mouth: Many people forget to include rinsing with mouthwash in their oral hygiene routine. They’re missing out. Rinsing with mouthwash can kill the bacteria in the mouth, strengthen the teeth and freshen the breath. It’s best to rinse with antibacterial or fluoride mouthwash.
